The game will be rated CERO D, which is equivalent to the ESRB's M-rating. According to Siliconera, Lollipop Chainsaw will be censored in the land of the rising sun. The original No More Heroes was censored, and now it looks like another one of Suda51's creations is having its more explicit content covered up. Still, video games in Japan are often censored. And yes, we all know wrestling is scripted, but blood is very real, and when an imposing Japanese wrestler uses a sickle to open up some nasty wounds on the head and stomach of his opponent, you know it's brutal. ![]() I mean, that's the country that's credited with popularizing deathmatch wrestling. I will never understand why Japan censors certain video games.
